Refund and Return Policy

Filing a Petition
If the buyer wants to file a claim for refund, return or exchange, the buyer must take a video clip before unpacking the parcel every time to confirm the case of lost products, incomplete products or any damage to the product due to shipping. Stonercentre reserves the right Not responsible if there is no evidence of unpacking the parcel. The buyer must take a video when receiving the product/unpacking the parcel and contact back within 72 hours after receiving the parcel. If it is more than that, the shop reserves the right Not responsible in any case.

Return Policy

Stonercentre reserves the right to refuse returns in all cases. Buyers may not request a return and/or refund due to change of mind, unless otherwise stated in this Refund and Return Policy.

Product Exchange Policy
Stonercentre reserves the right to replace products in all cases except the following cases:

  • The buyer received a defective, unusable and/or damaged product during shipping.
  • Unopened/used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

(The buyer must take a video when receiving the product/unpacking the parcel and contact us within 72 hours after receiving the parcel. If it is longer than that, the store reserves the right not to be responsible in any case.)

Order cancellation policy

Buyers cannot cancel orders after Stonercentre has shipped the products. Stonercentre reserves the right to cancel orders in all cases.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that will be shipped the next day.

Refund Policy

Stonercentre reserves the right to refund in all cases, except in the case where the customer receives a damaged product and the store does not have the same product to replace it.
